How often should I use my Vitalysse Derma Roller?
For optimal results and safety, we recommend using your derma roller once every 2 to 4 weeks. This allows your skin enough time to fully regenerate and produce new collagen between sessions.
How do I sanitize my derma roller?
Sanitization is crucial. Before and after every use, soak the roller head in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse with warm water and let it air dry completely before storing it in its protective case.
How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders, while international shipping may take 10 to 15 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused derma rollers in their original heat-shrunk packaging within 30 days of purchase.
When should I replace my derma roller?
To ensure the needles remain sharp and effective, we recommend replacing your Vitalysse Derma Roller every 2 months or after 4 to 5 uses, whichever comes first.
